Kalashnikov Sends Kamikaze KUB Drones To Russia's Ministry Of Defense For War In Ukraine
JAKARTA - Kalashnikov Concern CEO Alan Lushnikov said his party had delivered kamikaze drones or KUB-guided ammunition to the Russian Ministry of Defense ahead of its original schedule.
"Kalashnikov Concern has fulfilled its obligation to supply KUB's filling motivation to the Ministry of Defense in the special military operations zone (war in Ukraine) efficiently and faster than the deadline," Lushnikov said.
He added that the company had also completed the integration of the KUB with the 350M SKAT reconnaissance drone which was also made by the company.
"We have integrated our extraordinary SKAT reconnaissance drone into a single system with KUB's firing ammunition. Now both can be used together," explained Lushnikov.
KUB-guided ammunition, mass-produced by Kalashnikov, is designed to target individual and group threats, including lightweight armored vehicles at enemy tactical depths.
This ammunition is guided to its target through defined coordinates and operates around the clock, capable of operating effectively in wind speeds of up to 10 meters per second.
