KPK Regarding Kans Call Jokowi-Luhut In Investigation
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has not been able to speculate about the summons of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and former Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan in an investigation into the alleged corruption of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail project,fewsh.
KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo chose to close the meeting of parties to be summoned in the investigation. This is because the ongoing process is carried out behind closed doors.
"The investigation is still ongoing and we are still inviting, yes, the parties suspected of knowing the construction of this case. Whose parties, from which party, we cannot convey that," Budi told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Friday, October 31.
Even so, Budi emphasized that there have been a number of parties who have been questioned in the investigation process. "And of course this will continue to roll on, yes," he said.
"Because the team will continue to investigate other parties to gather the information needed at the investigation stage," continued Budi.

As for the information on the investigation into the alleged corruption of the Jakarta 'Bandung high-speed rail project, God willing, it was initially conveyed by the Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur.
