Onad Has Ordinary Activities At Home When Arrested For Marijuana, Police: Barbuk Is Still Investigating

JAKARTA - The police revealed that artist and musician Leonardo Arya or Onad was arrested while doing usual activities at his residence in South Tangerang, Banten, Thursday, October 30 evening.

Onad was arrested with his wife Beby Prisilia and found marijuana at his residence.

"It's been a normal activity. For his arrest, last night at around 22.00 WIB," said Head of Public Relations of the West Jakarta Metro Police AKP Wisnu Wirawan to reporters in Jakarta, Friday, confiscated by Antara.

However, until now the police have not disclosed the evidence confiscated in Onad's arrest with his wife.

"Barbuk, we are still investigating, please be patient," he said.

The status of the suspect from Onad has not yet been disclosed by the police, nor will the results of his urine test. "Later, tell me, because it is still being investigated," he said.

Furthermore, the police revealed that the artist Leonardo Arya or Onad was a victim of drug abuse.

"Actually, from the initial information, we got a little information from the Narcotics Unit that the initials LO were victims of drug abuse," he said.

However, Wisnu has not disclosed the reason why the vocalist of the band Killing Me Inside was called a victim.

Previously, the police found marijuana-type drugs while arresting artist Leonardo Arya or Onad in a residential area of Rempoa, East Ciputat, South Tangerang.

"At the crime scene, a petirical sheet was found, a small plastic clip containing marijuana stems, a small box and three cellphones," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Brigadier General Ade Ary Syam Indradi when met in Jakarta, Friday.

Ade Ary added that based on the results of the investigation in the field, it was also found that the evidence of ecstasy had run out, allegedly having been consumed.
