Case Of Spiritual Impersonation Fornication In Bali, IWM Sentenced To 6 Years In Prison

JAKARTA - Accused of adultery under the initials IWM who also works as a distilled or consecrated person in Hinduism, was sentenced to six years in prison in a closed trial at the Denpasar District Court, Bali.

Previously, the incident began when the defendant who claimed to be a distilled (consecrated person) was suspected of committing lewd acts against the victim on behalf of KYD. The lewd act was done under the guise of performing a ritual in the form of self-cleansing performed at night.

In this case, the accused is alleged to have committed a criminal offense of fornication that occurred on July 4, 2020, at approximately 01.00 WITA in Tukad Campuhan Pakerisan Tambak Siring Village, Tampaksiring District, Gianyar Regency.
