After Meeting Trump, Xi Affirms China-US Reaches Consequence Of Completion Of Trade War
JAKARTA - The negotiations team between China and the United States (US) has reached an elementary consensus on how to resolve the trade war between the two countries that have rocked the global market and made the international supply chain panic.
This was conveyed by Chinese President Xi Jinping during a meeting with US President Donald Trump in Busan, South Korea (South Korea).
"Both of our trade and economic teams have reached a basic consensus on solving the main problems that we are concerned about and have made encouraging progress," he said, quoted from Tass, Thursday, October 30.
According to Xi, China and the US could basically help each other to achieve success and prosperity together.
"Over the years, I have repeatedly said that China and the United States should be partners and friends," Xi said.
