Bow To The Law Decision, Sandra Dewi Withdraws Objections To The Confiscation Of Assets In The Harvey Moeis Case

JAKARTA Actress Sandra Dewi officially withdrew the lawsuit against or objections from third parties that she filed regarding the confiscation of personal assets in the corruption case that ensnared her husband, Harvey Moeis.

The Panel of Judges at the Corruption Court (Tipikor) at the Central Jakarta District Court granted the request for revocation in a trial held Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

In its determination, the panel of judges stated that the third party objected case with number 17 / Pid.Sus / TPK / 2025 was officially revoked and the examination was stopped.

"Tua, menyatakan bahwa perkara keberatan pihak ketiga dicabut dan pemeriksaan dihentikan," ujar hakim ketua dalam persidangan.

The lawsuit was previously filed by Sandra Dewi along with two other applicants, Kartika Dewi and Raymond Gunawan, as a form of resistance to the confiscation of assets by the Attorney General's Office. With this revocation, the legal process taken by Sandra Dewi on these assets is considered complete.

"Declaring that the case of objections to third parties is considered over," said the judge.

The panel of judges revealed that the withdrawal of the lawsuit was carried out because Sandra Dewi and other applicants had accepted and submitted to a legal decision that had permanent legal force (inkracht) against Harvey Moeis.

"What is basically that the applicant is obedient and obedient to a decision that has permanent legal force," explained the judge.

The judge also emphasized that the revocation was carried out voluntarily without coercion from any party.

"The assembly considers the fact that the applicants have accepted and complied with the contents of the decision which has permanent legal force. The revocation was done voluntarily without coercion," said the judge.

This reason is explicitly recorded in the court's determination.

"Noting that the revocation of the objection was carried out on the grounds that the applicant had essentially accepted and submitted the contents of the verdict in the corruption case on behalf of the convict Harvey Moeis," he added.

Previously, Sandra Dewi objected to the Central Jakarta District Court for the confiscation of several assets that were claimed to belong to her personally. The assets were confiscated by the Attorney General's Office in connection with the PT Timah corruption case that ensnared Harvey Moeis.

Sandra had emphasized that the assets confiscated were not part of her husband's crime, but the result of his hard work in the entertainment world. He also revealed that he had a pre-wedding agreement (separate assets) with Harvey Moeis.
