Hit By A Motorbike Without A Number Plate, Scoopy Rider Died By A Truck

JAKARTA - A woman with the initials ADR, a Honda Scoopy motorcycle rider with number B 3418 UWO, was found dead on Jalan Raya Gudang Bullets towards the West, near the Indonesian Navy Complex, Cilincing, North Jakarta, Monday, October 27.

The victim died after being run over by a trailer truck with number B 9962 UEK driven by IM. As a result of the accident, the victim suffered severe head injuries.

Head of Laka Satlantas Polres Metro North Jakarta, AKP Edy Wibowo explained, the accident started when a motorbike without a high-speed driving plate was traveling from east to west.

Precisely when he was near the Navy Complex, at the time he wanted to overtake from the right side, he grazed a motorbike driven by the victim ADR which was driving in the same direction on his left side.

"The motorbike driven by ADR then bounced into the right rear tire of the Trailer B 9962 UEK which was traveling in the same direction on the left side," said AKP Edy when confirmed, Monday, October 27, evening.

As a result of the incident, the victim of ADR died with severe head injuries. The victim of ADR died at the scene.

"After the accident, the two-wheeled vehicle no reg (without a plate) and unknown identity left the scene," he said.

Police are looking for CCTV footage to find out the identity of the truck driver who hit the victim's motorbike.

Meanwhile, the case is still under investigation by the North Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit.
