BGN: 12 SPPGs Violating SOPs Ready To Operate Again
JAKARTA - The National Nutrition Agency revealed that 12 Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPGs) which were previously closed for violating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are ready to operate again.
"There are 12 SPPGs that have now been released that want to operate again after completing the evaluation," said Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Dadan Hindayana as reported by ANTARA, Monday, October 27.
He emphasized that the 12 SPPG units that had previously violated could return to operation after thorough repairs were made. "For the location to spread, there are various regions," he said.
He explained that the improvements and evaluations carried out on the SPPG had been completed and are now ready to provide benefits back to the recipients of the Free Nutrition Food Program (MBG).
His party also provided socialization for the latest operational standards that were immediately implemented regarding the implementation of the MBGini Program.
Including the issue of sanctions regulations for partners who experience incidents, they will be immediately evaluated. His party will carry out an investigation and then stop its operations until the results of the investigation are released.
"This usually depends on the severity of the case, between two weeks usually up to two months. And it really depends on the results of the evaluation," he said.
BGN targets zero (zero) cases in the implementation of the MBG Program with a number of innovations resulting from evaluation and findings in the field.
The first step taken is to reduce the number of beneficiaries per SPPG so that the number of recipients can be reduced and make the quality of the food better.
Second, every SPPG has a certified cook because from the experience of the way they work, certified cooking is more efficient and faster.

Third, all SPPGs will have a rapid test kit related to the test for raw materials. According to him, because of Japan's 100 years of experience, 90 percent of the food poisoning occurred from raw materials.
"We also want to test the results of the dish before it is distributed to the beneficiaries," he said.
Fourth, his party asked all SPPGs to have a "food route" sterilization device or MBG dish which can dry up within 3 minutes with a temperature of 120 degrees to make it more sterile.
Furthermore, for the problem of water used for cooking, according to the results of a study by the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) which recommends using certified water or refilled water that has been certified.
His party will also conduct repeated training and technical guidance to all SPPG heads to remain vigilant about what is being done.
"For this new one, for technical guidance it improves quality, for the old one it's for refreshment," he said.
