Malang Police Arrest Couples Who Force Students To Consume Methamphetamine
Malang Resort Police (Polres) arrested a married couple with the initials HL (30) and DA (30) from Lawang District, Malang Regency, East Java, for allegedly forcing a student to take methamphetamine.
"From the results of the investigation, both of them were proven to have forced the victim to consume methamphetamine," said Malang Police Chief AKBP Danang Setiyo Pambudi Sukarno as reported by ANTARA, Monday, October 27.
The police revealed that the suspect HL was the older brother of the 17-year-old victim, as well as the husband of the suspect DA.
HL and DA were arrested at their residence in Lawang. The arrests of the two perpetrators began with the entry of reports from the victim's parents to local police officers receiving reports from the victim's parents who found their child had not returned home since Friday (10/10).
HL and DA previously asked for permission to pick up the victim and would take him to go on recreation to the beach.
However, when he picked up the victim, HL asked the DA to buy two syringes at the pharmacy.
After that, the couple took the victim to his residence in Lawang. It was at that place that the perpetrator forced the victim to consume methamphetamine by injection.
The role of HL is to prepare a syringe and DA is known to prepare methamphetamine that is smoothed by mixing it using water.
Based on the results of the police investigation, HL and DA had the heart to do this because they held a grudge against their own parents because they felt they were not being treated properly.
