Police Arrest 3 Koja Residents While Stealing Motorcycles In Kelapa Gading
Three motorcycle thieves with the initials J (29), A (16) and MS (23), residents of Koja, were arrested by members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kelapa Gading Police while in action in Rawa Indah Village, Pegangsaan Dua Street, RT 04/03, Pegangsaan Dua Village, Kelapa Gading District, North Jakarta.
Kelapa Gading Police Chief, Kompol Seto Handoko Putra said the incident began after the police received information from a witness with the initials D (the victim's wife) that the victim's motorbike with the initials N, a resident of Kelapa Gading, was taken by three unknown teenagers.
The incident began when the victim came home from work and immediately parked his motorbike in front of the house, after that the victim immediately rested and entered his house.
"After that the victim heard a sound from the front of the house and saw the lights on. After seeing that the victim's motorbike wanted to be taken away by the three unknown perpetrators," said Kompol Seto when confirmed, Friday, October 24, evening.
After that the victim immediately left the house and shouted at the thief. The victim immediately confronted the three perpetrators.

"After that, the opsnal team immediately came to the crime scene and arrested three perpetrators with the initials MS, J and A," he said.
For further processing, the three perpetrators were then taken to the Kelapa Gading Police Headquarters for examination.
The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kelapa Gading Police, AKP Kiki Tanlim, explained that the results of the interrogation of the perpetrators with the initials J and A, they admitted that this was the first time they had committed theft in the Kelapa Gading area.
"Meanwhile, the interrogation of MS perpetrators, he admitted that he had committed theft in the Cilincing area twice," said AKP Kiki
The perpetrator admitted that he sold the stolen motorbike to the Tanah Merah area with a dealer with the initials J.
"The perpetrator is still under investigation," he said.
Meanwhile, the evidence confiscated 1 black Honda Vario motorcycle brand belonging to the perpetrator, the victim's red and white Honda Beat motorbike, the bag belonging to the perpetrator with the initials J, the letter T key and the sharp key.
For their actions, the three perpetrators were charged with Article 363 of the Criminal Code regarding the crime of theft.
