Issuer Owned By Conglomerate TP Rachmat DSNG Achieves A Net Profit Of IDR 1.3 Trillion In The Third Quarter Of 2025
JAKARTA - The palm oil company owned by conglomerate Theodore Permadi Rachmat (TP Rachmat), PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) posted a net profit of 51 percent year on year (yoy) to IDR 1.3 trillion in the third quarter of 2025, compared to IDR 868 billion in the same period the previous year.
The company's net profit was supported by consolidated revenues which grew 25 percent (yoy) reached IDR 8.9 trillion in the third quarter of 2025, compared to IDR 7.2 trillion in the same period the previous year.
"The company posted a net profit of IDR 1.3 trillion, an increase of 51 percent (yoy), in line with the increase in the average sales price (ASP) price of palm oil products and improvements in operational efficiency in all business lines," said DSNG President Director Andrianto Oetomo quoting Antara.
The company's revenue was supported by the palm oil segment which contributed 88 percent, followed by the wood product segment at 11 percent, and renewable energy at 1.7 percent in the third quarter of 2025.
In detail, the revenue of the palm oil segment grew 27.8 percent (yoy) to reach IDR 7.8 trillion in the third quarter of 2025.
The segment growth was supported by the increase in the ASP of all main products, namely CPO rose 16.3 percent (yoy), Palm Kernel increased by 80.5 percent (yoy), and PKO grew 82.8 percent (yoy).
Then, the production of the Fresh Fruit Tandan (FFB) increased by 4 percent (yoy) to 1.6 million tons, with CPO production increasing by 3.9 percent (yoy).
Andrianto said the quality of the company's products was maintained, with Free Fatty Acid (FFA) stable at the level of 3 percent and Oil Extraction Rate (OER) at the level of 23.37 percent.
Meanwhile, revenue from the wood product segment was recorded at IDR 948.8 billion, an increase of 9.2 percent (yoy), driven by an increase in the sales volume of 9.9 percent (yoy) panels and an engineering flooring of 3.2 percent (yoy).

"Global demand shows improvement although it is still faced with external challenges such as US trade rates and geopolitical tensions," said Andrianto.
Furthermore, revenue from the renewable energy segment was recorded at IDR 148.9 billion, a decrease of 8.3 percent (yoy) due to the temporary decline in sales volume and selling prices in line with fluctuations in biomass demand in the Japanese market.
In the third quarter of 2025, Andrianto revealed that wood pellet products that have started commercial operations since early 2025 have sold 13.7 thousand tons at an average price of 120 US dollars per ton.
