Jakarta Ditjenim Regional Office: Inauguration Of Advocacy Facilitation Team To Guard Measured Actions According To Procedures

A total of 66 employees of the technical implementing unit in Jakarta were confirmed as an advocacy facilitation team to strengthen the duties and functions of the Directorate of Internal Compliance by the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Immigration for the Special Region of Jakarta, Thursday, October 23, 2025.

The inauguration is in accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Immigration for Special Jakarta Regions regarding the determination of the advocacy facilitation team.

The Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Immigration for the Special Region of Jakarta, Pamudji Raharja, said that the facilitation of advocacy was carried out aimed at facilitating, smoothing, and strengthening efforts to assist, protect, and resolve legal problems in carrying out immigration duties and functions in accordance with statutory regulations.

This team was formed as a forum for consultation, coaching, and legal assistance as well as ethics and behavior for all employees.

It is hoped that each Immigration will have a more complete understanding of rights, obligations, and responsibilities.

"The formation of an advocacy facilitation team is a strategic step in strengthening a work culture with integrity, transparency, and professionalism," said Pamudji, Thursday, October 23, 2025.

This team not only functions as legal assistants, he continued, but also as consulatative partners who help maintain institutional dignity and protect apparatus from potential legal risks.

"Through this team, we want to ensure that every policy step and official action is carried out in a measured manner, according to procedures, and uphold the values of accountability," he said.
