Will Face The Verdict Session, Nikita Mirzani Is Sure 100 Percent Free

JAKARTA Actress Nikita Mirzani showed a calm and optimistic attitude ahead of the trial of the verdict or verdict that would determine her fate. Before the duplicate trial which was held today, Thursday, October 23, Nikita admitted that she had no special preparations other than surrendering through prayer.

"There is no preparation, just pray, pray," said Nikita before the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, October 23.

Despite facing crucial moments, Nikita admitted that she did not feel nervous. He believes that based on the facts revealed during the trial, he should be released from all charges.

"(Gugup) No, it's normal. If you look at the facts of the trial, you should be free. But you don't know, the judge will determine later," he explained.

When asked further about his belief that he would be free, Nikita answered firmly, "100 percent," he said confidently.

Nikita also mentioned that the family is likely to be present in person to provide moral support.

"Eh, I think it's coming on Tuesday," he said briefly.

For information, the trial for Nikita Mirzani's verdict is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 28. Previously, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) demanded that the mother of three be sentenced to 11 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 2 billion, subsidiary to 6 months in prison.

"Therefore, with a prison sentence of 11 years and a fine of Rp. 2 billion, provided that if the fine is not paid, it will be replaced with imprisonment for 6 months," said the prosecutor in the trial.

In addition, the Public Prosecutor also requested that Nikita remain detained during the legal process.

"Ordered the defendant to remain detained," added the prosecutor.
