Getting closer to the 2025 U-17 World Cup grand event, the U-17 Indonesian national team is currently continuing to finalize preparations.

The Garuda Muda squad is even undergoing an intensive training camp (TC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

As part of the preparations, the U-17 Indonesian national team will also play international test matches in Dubai before leaving for Qatar.

The first match will be held on Saturday (25 October 2025) against Paraguay U-17. The second match brings together Garuda Muda with Ivory U-17 Beach, which replaces South Africa U-17, on 27 October 2025. Finally, Nova Arianto's troops will face Panama U-17 (30 October 2025).

The U-17 Indonesian national team coach, Nova Arianto, previously emphasized that the main focus of TC this time was to evaluate the final readiness of the players.

"Our session in Dubai is focused on final preparations for the 2025 U-17 World Cup. This includes seeing how the players end up. So, we determine whether the players are ready to return to play in the 2025 U-17 World Cup or not," said Nova Arianto.
