Tasya Farasya Presents Mother And Five Witnesses At The Divorce Trial Against Ahmad Assegaf

JAKARTA The divorce trial for the Tasya Farasya and Ahmad Assegaf couple was again held at the South Jakarta Religious Court. This trial is scheduled for proof from the applicant, namely Tasya Farasya.

Tasya's attorney, Sangun Ragahdo, explained that his client presented five witnesses, one of whom was his mother, Alawiyah Alatas or who was familiarly called Ala's mother.

"Agenda this afternoon is proof from the plaintiff. Today we present a list of evidences, then evidence to strengthen the argument of our lawsuit, and also present witnesses, there are five witnesses," said Sangun Ragahdo after the trial, Wednesday, October 22.

"When asked who the witnesses were, my friends also saw firsthand earlier, there was Mrs. Ala as the biological mother of Tasya herself, then there was a manager or someone attached, there was also a lifter who took care of the child and happened to be attached to the child, to our client, Mrs. Tasya, and also Mr. Rahmat," he continued.

Ala's mother was presented as a witness because since the beginning of Tasya and Ahmad's marriage they lived in the same house with her. Thus, he is considered to know and understand the dynamics of the princess's household.

'Witnesses from Mrs. Ala are indeed mothers, yes. We mean, what needs to be emphasized is that Tasya and Ahmad are no longer at home now. But what we describe is this journey from the start, because he knows firsthand, and so far the defendant has not denied it," concluded Sangun Ragahdo.
