Jukir Kedai Kopi Disiram Air Keras Saat Lerai Kebulan Dua Kelompok Di Pulogebang

JAKARTA - A parking attendant (jukir) with the initials A who was working at a coffee shop in the Pulogebang area, East Jakarta, became a victim of drinking hard water by an unknown person.

"The incident occurred on Monday (October 20) at around 06.30 WIB on Jalan Raya Pulogebang LM.25 TL Auri, in front of a cigarette stall, Ujung Menteng Village, Cakung District," said Head of Sub-Division of Penmas Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Reonald Simanjuntak in his statement in Jakarta, Tuesday, October 21.

Reonald explained that the incident began when the victim was on guard at the coffee shop parking area.

"At that time, the victim saw six teenagers using three motorbikes out of the coffee shop towards a red light," he said.

Not long after, five other motorbikes that rode from the direction of Bekasi, contained about ten people. The two groups then passed each other in front of the location and shouted challengingly.

"The victim who panicked saw the situation began to riot trying to calm them down, however, a teenager suddenly got off the motorbike and poured hard water into the victim's body," said Reonald.

As a result, the victims were immediately rushed by residents to the nearest hospital for medical treatment. Meanwhile, the perpetrators fled after the incident.

Reonald explained that his party had examined a number of witnesses, namely EK, NP, and AR, and were hunting down the perpetrators suspected of being involved in the incident.

"Until now, the exact motive for the perpetrator is still unknown," he said.

Currently, the case has been handled by the Cakung Police and the team is still pursuing the perpetrators.
