Rea Wiradinata's Lawsuit At The Central Jakarta Commercial Court Was Rejected

JAKARTA The legal action proposed by the program Rea Wiradinata ran aground again at the court.

The Central Jakarta Commercial Court stated that it rejected Rea's lawsuit against Arif Budiman and Noverizky Tri Putra.

In its decision, the panel of judges stated that it was not authorized to examine, try, and decide the case.

For the rejection of the lawsuit, the Central Jakarta Commercial Court also sentenced Rea Wiradinata to pay court fees of Rp. 2.4 million.

This decision strengthens the position of Noverizky Tri Putra and Arif Budiman, and reaffirms Rea's failure to cancel the previous bankruptcy decision.

Responding to the decision, Noverizky Tri Putra asked Rea Wiradinata not to delay the process of executing a house in Cianjur. He suspects that the lawsuits filed by Rea are only a matter of time.

"All his resistance through the lawsuits is allegedly just to buy time for the execution of his home in Cianjur," said Noverizky.

However, Noverizky emphasized that his party was ready to face all of Rea's maneuvers to thwart the execution process.

"We just follow the way it plays. At the same time let him embarrass himself with his unreasonable maneuvers," he said.

After winning this civil lawsuit, Noverizky stated that he would focus on processing the criminal reports he had reported to the South Jakarta Police Headquarters.

"The latest investigation letter was published a few days ago. The police have summoned Rea as the reported party," he said

He also gave a message to Rea Wiradinata.

"The truth will always lead its own path. What you get right now, is the result of your dishonest behavior, who try to mess with many people," he said.

In addition, Noverizky also admitted to receiving reports from several people who referred to themselves as Rea Wiradinata's "victim".

"If everyone makes a police report, then the report against Rea can pile up because many feel aggrieved," concluded Noverizky.

This case stems from a debt dispute between Rea Wiradinata and Noverizky Tri Putra, which resulted in a request for Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court.

Rea was declared bankrupt on July 1, 2024, a decision later strengthened by the Supreme Court after rejecting Rea's appeal on March 6, 2025.

Since this bankruptcy decision, Rea's assets, including a house in Cianjur, have been confiscated for the auction process.

Most recently, Rea filed a lawsuit with the Central Jakarta Commercial Court.

This step is one of several of his legal efforts to cancel the bankruptcy decision and hinder the asset execution process
