The perpetrator is threatened with a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison," he said.

Currently, the perpetrators are still being investigated by investigators from the North Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim PPA Unit.

"The perpetrator has been secured and the legal process is ongoing. Investigators have also filed filings, confiscated evidence, and coordinated with the public prosecutor (JPU) to transfer case files," he said.

Regarding the sexual abuse case, the North Jakarta Metro Police emphasized their commitment to take firm action against perpetrators of sexual violence against children.

"We urge the public to further increase supervision of children and immediately report any suspicious or criminal acts," said Kompol Onkoseno.
