Who Is The Recipient Of The Welfare BLT? Here's How To Check To Ensure It

YOGYAKARTA - The government will redistribute Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for People's Welfare (Kesra) in October-December 2025. People who are included in the list of recipients will receive cash assistance of Rp. 300,000 per month, thus the total money received is Rp. 900,000. Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto explained, BLT Kesra is intended for 35 million beneficiary families (KPM). So who is the recipient of BLT Kesra specifically? Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto hopes that assistance can reach around 140 million people if it is assumed that one KPM consists of father, mother, and two children. However, the government only distributed BLT Kesra Rp900,000.

In an official statement from the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy, Friday (17/10/2025), Airlangga said, based on the National Sole Social Economy Data (DTSEN), BLT was given to people who entered decile 1 to 4.

BLT Kesra is reportedly separated from the regular BLT which has been distributed by the Ministry of Social Affairs to 20.88 million Beneficiary Families (KPM). Distribution of the Kesra BLT of Rp300,000 per month will be carried out in one wave or diraped. In other words, KPM will receive assistance with a total of Rp900,000 for three months at a time.

The distribution of BLT will be provided through the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara) and PT Pos Indonesia. The government has scheduled the distribution of BLT starting Monday (20/10/2025).

Meanwhile, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi explained, the government can disburse the Kesra BLT after implementing a diversion or budget efficiency.

Efficiency is carried out by reducing unproductive spending and then reallocated or diverted to more productive activities.
