Lewis Crocker Opens Negotiations With Manny Pacquiao

JAKARTA IBF welterweight champion Lewis Crocker is considering a chance to ride the ring against Manny Pacquiao to defend the title.

Jamie Conlan as the manager of the boxer from Belfast, Northern Ireland, said he had contacted Sean Gibbons, Pacquiao's manager, to discuss the possibility of this duel.

"I contacted Sean Gibbons from Manny Pacquiao's team last night (Tuesday, October 14, 2025 local time)," Conlan told the BBC.

Pacquiao previously decided to return to the ring in July 2025 after four years of absence to challenge WBC champion Mario Barrios.

The fight ended in a draw. Now, this Filipino fighter is eyeing his next fight against Rolando 'Rolly' Romero.

"They tried to arrange the fight against Rolando 'Rolly' Romero. If that is not realized then we will communicate," Conlan said.

Crocker won the IBF welterweight title with split decision in his final match against Paddy Donovan in September 2025.

These results maintain an unbeaten record in Crocker's professional career. The 28-year-old fighter has totaled 22 fighters, 11 of whom he won by knockout.

After stopping Donovan, he and Conlan have met with Matchroom Boxing CEO Frank Smith to discuss the next steps.
