Russia Claims Ukraine Launches Terror Intelligence Far From The Battlefield
JAKARTA - Russia has criticized Ukraine for publicly launching terror and violent attempts to target Moscow officials far from the war zone.
Spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemenlu), Maria Zakharova, said that her party would thwart all efforts made by Ukraine related to the terror.
"Efforts to use terror threats or to be arrogant towards our country from a position of violence cannot be accepted by our country," he said, quoted from Tass, Thursday, October 15.
Zakharova views Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's remarks in a meeting with the Head of the Ukrainian Security Service (SSU) Vasyl Maliuk on October 8, opening up the possibility of long-range attacks in the form of specific intelligence operations in Russia.
Thus, Zakharova said: "The Kiev regime has publicly disclosed its intention to carry out additional terrorist attacks in Russia to exacerbate the conflict."
"Obviously, this plan was prepared with the hope of supplying Ukrainian armed forces with the US Tomahawk long-range missile," Zakharova speculated.

"This hypothetical scenario has apparently been discussed by the US President and Zelensky by telephone on October 11 and 12, as submitted by their press services," he said.
Earlier, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) thwarted terror targeting a top official at the Russian Ministry of Defense (Kemenhan).
This failure, after securing a homemade bomb (IED), has the potential to damage up to 70 meters from the point of occurrence in one of the densely populated districts in Moscow on Monday, October 13 evening.
The FSB reported the attack was allegedly organized under the direction of the Ukrainian special service.
At least four suspects have been detained in connection with this attack, one of whom is a Central Asian citizen.
