Jonas arrived at the NTT Prosecutor's Office, Kupang, this afternoon accompanied by his attorney, M. Soru. He wore a white shirt, cream pants, and black shoe sandals.

This summons was a follow-up after Jonas was unable to attend the examination on October 3 for health reasons. After his absence, investigators immediately named Jonas as a suspect.

"Yes, it is true that he has fulfilled the investigator's summons," said Head of the Information and Law Section of the NTT Prosecutor's Office, AA Raka Putra Dharmana when confirmed, Antara, Thursday, October 16.

In this case, Jonas allegedly transferred ownership of land belonging to the Kupang Regency Government to parties who were not entitled when he was still the Regional Secretary of Kupang City for the 2002 '2007 period.

Raka explained that the transfer was carried out through the issuance of a Recommendation Letter for the Appointment of Tanah Kapling between 2004 and 2013.

From the results of the investigation, it was found that three title certificates (SHM) were issued, respectively on behalf of JS covering an area of 420 square meters in 2013, Petrus Krisin covering an area of 400 square meters in 2014, and Yonis Oesina covering an area of 400 square meters in 2014.

Regarding whether Jonas will be detained immediately after the examination, Raka said it depends on the results of further investigations.

"Everything depends on the investigator's examination process," he said.
