1. Hot food
Consumption of spicy food has indeed become a habit of eating most Indonesians. However, eating spicy food during hot weather is not recommended.

2. Fried food
Various foods that go through frying processes such as fast food and fried food are not good for health. Fried food can also trigger dehydration, especially if consumed in hot weather conditions.
In addition, fried foods are also difficult to digest so that it can cause a person to become obese if consumed excessively.
3. Ice cream
Consumption of ice cream during hot weather does feel refreshing. However, the consumption of ice cream when the weather is hot is actually not recommended.
When consuming ice cream in hot weather, the body must work harder to keep up with the cold temperature of the ice cream. The sudden cold temperature can also trigger inflammation in the throat, causing itching, coughing, or pain.
4. Caffeinated drinks
Caffeinated drinks such as coffee and tea should also be avoided during hot weather. This is because caffeinated drinks contain a diuretic effect, which can increase the risk of dehydration if not balanced with other fluid intake.
