Israeli Troops And Tanks Enter Villages In Syria, International Society Asked To Take Action

JAKARTA - The Israeli military began entering two areas in the rural Quneitra in Syria on Wednesday local time. After entering Syria, Israeli forces decided to withdraw.

The Syrian state news agency SANA, citing AN reported, the Israeli military consisted of eight military vehicles, one heavy vehicle, and two tanks.

They moved forward from Tal Kroum to the city of Al-Samadaniyeh Al-Sharqiya in eastern Syria. Then, stay in that position for several hours before returning to the destroyed city of Quneitra.

SANA added that the military also entered Ofaniya Village, conducting searches of two houses before withdrawing.

This effort is part of a continuing Israeli attack on Syrian territory, which Damascus says violates the 1974 Release Agreement and international law.

Syrian authorities have asked the international community to take a firm stance to stop such actions.
