Realization Of New Priority Program Expenditures Reaches IDR 480.4 Trillion Until October 3, 2025
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Finance reported that until October 3, 2025, it had realized spending for President Prabowo Subianto's priority programs of Rp480.4 trillion, or about 51.6 percent of the total 2025 APBN ceiling set at Rp930.7 trillion.
Deputy Minister of Finance Suahasil Nazara said that most priority programs that were routine and immediately targeted the public were still going according to plan.
"For some types of activities, some are indeed regular, such as the Family Hope Program (PKH) of Rp. 19.9 trillion, the beneficiary is 10 million families, the realization is 69 percent. Because he has been on track, nine months has been 69 percent (from the budget ceiling of Rp. 28.7 trillion)," he said at the KiTa State Budget press conference, Tuesday, October 14.
Other programs that show high budget absorption include the Indonesia Smart Program (PIP), the KIP Lecture, and other scholarships, which have spent a budget of IDR 20.6 trillion or the equivalent of 74 percent of the ceiling of IDR 27.7 trillion.
Meanwhile, the Basic Food Card Program or BPNT has realized Rp35.9 trillion or 70 percent of the Rp51.2 trillion, and the contribution assistance for JKN Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI) reached Rp34.4 trillion or around 75 percent of Rp46.5 trillion.
For the professional allowance for teachers and lecturers, as much as Rp. 13.8 trillion with a budget absorption of around 65 percent of Rp. 21.2 trillion.
In the housing sector, as much as Rp. 24.8 trillion or 48 percent of the budget ceiling target of Rp. 52.1 trillion.
Next, free health checks and TB, revitalization of 32 hospitals amounting to Rp3.6 trillion or equivalent to 38 percent of the budget target of Rp9.3 trillion.
Suahasil also revealed that the free nutritious food program has reached 31.2 million recipients, with an absorbed budget of IDR 20.6 trillion or around 29 percent of the total ceiling of IDR 71 trillion.
In addition, the Garuda Kumpul Public School and School Program has spent a budget of IDR 1.1 trillion or around 8 percent of the total ceiling of IDR 14.4 trillion.
The government also remains focused on controlling prices and production, with the realization of non-energy subsidies, ai. KUR subsidies and fertilizer subsidies reaching Rp52.4 trillion or 50 percent of the Rp104.5 trillion ceiling. Meanwhile, subsidies and energy compensation have been realized Rp192.2 trillion or 49 percent of the budget target of Rp394.3 trillion.
The food barn program has reached IDR 8 trillion or around 34 percent of the budget ceiling target of IDR 23.2 trillion. Meanwhile, Bulog and national food reserves which have been fully realized amounting to IDR 22.1 trillion
In the infrastructure sector, the government has disbursed funds for the renovation and revitalization of schools amounting to Rp12.8 trillion or 64 percent of the budget ceiling of Rp20 trillion.
