The Body Of The Hostage Was Returned By Hamas, Israel Will Open Rafah Border For Gaza Assistance
JAKARTA - Israel will allow the opening of the Rafah border crossing between Gaza and Egypt on Wednesday to increase the number of humanitarian aids entering the region.
This decision was taken after Hamas handed over more hostages' bodies.
With Israeli security approval, Gazans who left the region during the war will be allowed back for the first time and others will be allowed to cross through Rafah crossings, Kan reported.
About 600 trucks, most of which transport food and medical supplies, as well as equipment needed to repair damaged infrastructure, will be allowed in.

Earlier, Israel threatened to keep Rafah's border crossings closed on Tuesday, citing Hamas' failure to fulfill its obligations under Gaza's ceasefire agreement and handing over the bodies of the hostages it handled.
Hours later, Hamas handed over four coffins to Israel through the International Red Cross Committee.
Three coffins have so far been identified as Israeli hostages, but there are doubts about the fourth body being handed over, Israeli media reported.
