Andre Taulany's Wife Again Absent From Trial, Judge Gives Ultimatum Last Mediation

JAKARTA - The mediation process for the divorce of Andre Taulany and Rien Wartia Trigina (RT) was again delayed after the RT again did not come directly because he was sick.

Disappointment was also expressed by Andre Taulany, who felt that this process was deliberately carried out. In response to this, the panel of judges gave a firm ultimatum.

Andre's attorney, Galih Rakasiwi, stated that his client was disappointed because he had shown good faith by always attending the court.

"If the problem is asked what Pak Haji is like, disappointed. It's been a long time, he has struggled well, by coming here directly, but it turns out that the respondent did not come," said Galih Rakawi at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, October 15.

Seeing the protracted process, the panel of judges finally gave the last chance for mediation to be held on Friday. This decision is final, whatever the result.

"The panel of judges gave the last chance, this Friday, Friday, yes, for mediation it is deadlock," explained Galih.

"Whatever the decision will be, attended or not by the respondent, there will be no more mediation. Continue," he continued.
