The implementation of activities is carried out by the National Road Implementation Center/Balai (BBPJN/BPJN) in each province, assisted by supervision consultants to ensure the quality of the work according to the specifications and implementation time.

In the process, local governments (Pemda) have an important role through the SITIA application-based proposal system, with the obligation to complete technical documents, such as design, feasibility study and environmental documents.
