Paperocks Indonesia Ready To Hold Rights Issue Next Year
JAKARTA - PT Paperocks Indonesia Tbk. (PPRI) plans to increase capital with Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD) or rights issue next year as part of a funding strategy.
President Director of PPRI Irsyad Hanif emphasized that the details of the amount and time of implementation are still in the discussion stage.
"As for the amount, we cannot decide from here. But most likely we will have a right issue," he explained at the EGMS, Monday, October 13.
In addition, he also opens up opportunities for corporate action in the next one to two years, including capital expenditure (capex) and other strategic steps.
"There may be next year. As there are target growth, capex, it is possible that there will be a corporat action next year or in the next 2 years," he said.
Irsyad added that in the near future, the company has no plans to diversify its business. However, PPRI will strengthen sales in the domestic market and carry out a planned business transformation starting next year.
"We will focus on developing in terms of business, such as we will increase sales from the local side. Then we will also have some transformations that we will do in this business itself," he said.

Irsyad added that the transformation to be carried out will be guided by the current vision, mission, and management targets.
Meanwhile, in the second quarter of 2025, PPRI recorded sales of IDR 78.42 billion, an increase of 6.39 percent compared to the same period in the previous year of IDR 73.70 billion.
In addition, the Company also recorded a gross margin of IDR 12.15 billion, an increase of 3.62 percent compared to the same period in the previous year of IDR 11.73 billion.
