The presence of this legendary restaurant that has become a typical Minang culinary icon marks its expansion to the city of Surabaya for the first time, as well as enriching the row of tenants in the PPRO-owned strategic area.
Previously, PPRO had also presented various new tenants in the East Surabaya area, precisely at the East Market by Comunale, Grand Dharmamusada Lagoon. Among them are Guri Ramen, JChicken, AADK (What's With Coffee), having already enlivened the culinary area with an exclusive modern concept.
Strengthening lifestyle facilities is not only focused on Surabaya, but also continues to be developed in a number of other projects. In Begawan Apartment Malang, which is known as one of the leading residences for students, Fore Coffee has officially operated in the Plaza Begawan area since August 2025.
Furthermore, this October will soon join Amstirdam Coffee & Roastery, Semangkok Depot, and Grit Fitness, which are expected to add a variety of culinary and lifestyle facilities.
