IMX 2025 Officially Held, Ready To Develop Indonesian Modified Lovers

JAKARTA - The 2024 Indonesian Modification & Lifestyle Expo (IMX) automotive exhibition officially takes place, starting today until October 12 at the ICE BSD City Hall 9-10, Tangerang.

This year IMX comes with the theme '8VOLUTION' which marks eight years of IMX's journey to become a barometer for the modification and lifestyle industry in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

This event was opened directly by Andre Mulyadi, as Project Director of IMX 2025. He said this exhibition was not just an ordinary exhibition but a big forum for automotive people.

"IMX is not just an exhibition, but a movement that unites industry players, creators, and the Indonesian automotive community to continue to evolve. In this 8th year, we want the world to see that the work of the nation's children deserves to stand in line with big countries in terms of modification innovation and automotive lifestyle," he said, Friday, October 10.

On another occasion, MSME Minister Maman Abdurrahman said the importance of support for the small business sector in the world of modification.

"We have to see that the equipment (modified) part is supported by small and medium enterprises, one of which is friends who are engaged in the car paint sector, modifications, bodykit, a lot of people are involved. That is our concern ministry in micro, small and medium enterprises," said Maman.

There are many interesting things on IMX, including international collaboration. A series of modified cars such as Liberty Walk Lamborghini Aventador, Liberty Walk Nissan Skyline R32 Amoculture, and Nissan Skyline Top Secret R32 Gold & Red are the main attractions.

Not only that, other attractions came from well-known international guests who participated in the IMX Overseas Guest program. They include Wataru Kato (Liberty Walk), Smoky Nagata (Top Secret) and Ichiraku (RWB). There are also Hana Vocado from Korea, as well as big names such as Big Mike, Ryan Rywire, Musa Tjahjono (USA), Takahiro Ueno (Vertex Japan) and Kuhl Racing Japan.
