Case Of Alleged Incitement Of Delpedro Marhaen, DKI Kejari Receives Delegation Of Files From Polda
The Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimum) of the Metro Jaya Police has transferred a case file for the alleged incitement committed by activists Delpedro Marhaen and his friends to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati).
"It's in stage one," said Director General of Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Brigadier General Wira Satya Triputra in a statement received in Jakarta, Friday, confiscated by Antara.
After transferring the files to the Attorney General's Office, investigators will wait for the results of the prosecutor's research. If declared complete or P21, the process will continue to phase two in the form of handing over the suspect and evidence to the DKI Jakarta Attorney General's Office.
A number of these activists, namely Delpedro Marhaen (Director of Lokataru Foundation), Muzaffar Salim (Staf Lokataru), Syahdan Husein (admin Gejayan Calling), Khariq Anhar (Admin of the Plaintiff Student Alliance), RAP and Figha Lesmana.
As for Fitha Lesmana, Polda Metro Jaya has suspended his detention on Thursday, October 9, but the case is still ongoing.
