Three Ex-Secretary Of The Republic Of Indonesia, Edhy Prabowo, Admitted That They Were Given Rp. 5 Million From The Accused Of Bribery For Export Of Fry
JAKARTA - Three former secretaries, Edhy Prabowo, claimed to have been given Rp. 5 million by Andreau Misanta Pribadi, the defendant in the alleged bribery case for the lobster seed export license.
This admission was conveyed when the public prosecutor asked for money from Andreu to former Secretary of State Edhy Prabowo, namely Putri Elok Sukarni, Anggia Tesalonika Kloer, and Fidya Yusri.
"Have you ever received money from Andreau?" asked the prosecutor during a trial at the Corruption Court, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, May 18.
Putri confirmed the money from Andreu. But he did not know what the money meant.
"I asked what this money was, (but) said Mr. Andreu, 'It's done' (didn't explain)," replied Putri.
"At first I refused, said Mr. Andreu, just take it, this is for the younger siblings," continued Putri.
The giving of this money took place in August 2020. At that time he was asked to face Andreau's office.
After receiving the money, said Putri, Andreu asked Putri to call Anggia. The goal is also to give money.
"Bang Andreu said everything got," said Putri.
The prosecutor then asked Anggia. Anggia also confirmed that Andreau had given money.
"That's right, I came there because of the direction of Ms. Elok (Putri)," said Anggia.
Another former secretary, Fidya, also admitted that Andreau gave him money. But at first he refused.
"First I refused because I also didn't know where the money came from. But after that I returned to the room," said Fidya.
But then Fidya received money from Andreau, which he entrusted through Anggia in the afternoon.
"Anggi suddenly gave me a deposit that turned out to be from Bang Andreau, the value was Rp. 5 million. Not long after that, I finally thanked Bang Andreau," he said.
