7 Years Without Clarity, Fiqih Alamasyah Visits Police Demand Legal Certainty In The Anggara Dimas Case
JAKARTA - Fiqih Alamsyah, who claimed to be a victim in the alleged beating by actor Dimas Anggara seven years ago, returned to the Cilandak Police.
His arrival this time was to demand legal certainty for his report which seemed to stagnate without any clarity.
"The conclusion is that until now there has been no continuation in the future like what. There is no clarity," said Fiqih Alamsyah when met at the Cilandak Police, Thursday, October 9.
Fiqih expressed his concern about the legal process in Indonesia. During the seven years of waiting, he felt there was no significant progress from the police.
"This is concerning. So we are said to be living in a state of law, but with a condition of 7 years I am waiting without legal certainty, this is very concerning," he complained.
During this time, Fiqih also admitted that there had never been any communication from the reported party, Dimas Anggara. In fact, the attorney who previously accompanied him did not provide further news.
"There is no communication at all. There is no news from the lawyer. That's why I came here alone," he explained.
Fiqih dismissed the notion that he was looking for a stage or social climbing (pansos). According to him, the urge to re-uplift this case emerged after seeing Dimas Anggara allegedly re-engaged in a similar incident. He believes that if the case was followed up firmly, a similar incident would not be repeated.
"Why can his actions repeat itself? Because he does not get legal certainty. With me alone, he can do it again," he said.
For information, Dimas Anggara had rented a shophouse owned by Fiqih Alamsyah in 2018. However, it turned out that there was a misunderstanding about the menu that made Nadine Chandrawinata's husband commit violence against Fiqih.
The incident continued when Dimas Anggara's father and one of his friends with the initials GM went to the culinary business of Fiqih, White House Culinary, in the Karang Tengah Raya area, Lebak Bulus. They intend to ask for an explanation of Fiqih regarding the rejected menu.

At that time Fiqih and GM were involved in an argument that made Dimas' father have to intervene between the two. The next day, Dimas Anggara came to Fiqih because he accused Fiqih of shouting at his father. Dimas also threatened Fiqih.
Fiqih immediately reported Dimas to the authorities and previously, the police had stated that Dimas hit him with his bare hands.
