2. White bread and pasta

White bread and pasta are usually made from processed wheat flour, which has a high glycemic index. This means that these foods can quickly increase blood sugar levels after consumption.

The low fiber content can also make the body feel hungry faster after eating white bread and pastries. This can encourage more food consumption.

3. Fries

Fried potatoes may seem like a safe snack because they don't feel sweet. In fact, potatoes contain high starch, which can be converted into glucose when digested.

Not only that, plus a frying process that uses large amounts of oil, but French fries are also foods that are not only harmful to blood sugar levels, but also increase levels of bad cholesterol (LDL).
