GoPay Partners With Surakarta Government Encourages Digitalization Of MSMEs And Public Services
JAKARTA - GoPay, a digital wallet part of GoTo Financial and GoTo Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Surakarta government, to provide public services through technology implementation.
With the advantages of the technology used, GoPay is committed to supporting the acceleration of digitization of public services and encouraging community empowerment to become more productive.

This strategic collaboration includes 5 main initiatives:
Expanding The Aspirations Of Citizens
The Surakarta Complaints Service Unit (ULAS) platform can now be reached more and more widely by Surakarta residents through the 'People's Favorite Service' on the GoPay application.
Supporting the Posyandu Plus Program
The GoPay application now provides complete information on the Posyandu Plus Program, which can be accessed through the 'Government Program' feature.
Empowerment Of Smart Cadres Posyandu Plus
Posyandu cadres can take advantage of the GoPay application to actively participate in increasing awareness and public involvement in the Posyandu Plus program and the ULAS platform.

Supporting MSME Development And Market Traders
GoPay will hold training on the use of digital financial services available on the GoPay Merchant Application, to support the digitization of MSMEs and market traders in Surakarta and encourage financial inclusion.
In the first phase, this collaboration begins with involving 50 Posyandu Plus points and 43 traditional markets, and will continue to be expanded in the future to reach more MSME residents and actors.
