JAKARTA The full specifications of OnePlus 15 finally appeared on Weibo and immediately made technology fans excited. This latest flagship phone from OnePlus is rumored to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, but the camera actually reaps a big question mark.

According to reports circulating, OnePlus 15 will come with a 6.78-inch BOE 1.5K screen that supports an adaptive 1165Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision technology. The screen is also claimed to have 2,160Hz of PWM dimming and a maximum global brightness of 1,800 nits, although other sources believe the peak brightness will be higher.

In terms of performance, OnePlus 15 will be present in two RAM, 12GB and 16GB LPDDR5X variants, with a storage capacity of up to 1TB UFS 4.1. All of this is powered by a jumbo battery of 7,300mAh which supports 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. However, other rumors had mentioned that the battery capacity could reach 7,800mAh, so the exact figure is still not confirmed.

The additional features mentioned include stereo speakers, water-resistant certification and IP69 dust, USB 3.2 ports, and ultrasonic fingerprint sensors. OnePlus is also reportedly updating the cooling system so that the phone's performance remains stable in the heavy gaming session.

However, the camera is actually a bit of a disappointing point. According to the leak, OnePlus 15 will carry three 50MP cameras, where the main camera uses the Sony LYT-700 sensor with the openings f/1.8 and OIS (Optic Image Stabilization). This sensor measures 1/156 inches, which is relatively small for flagship classes. The other two cameras use the Samsung ISOCELL JN5 sensor, respectively for the ultrawide f/2.0 and the periscope telephoto 3.5x f/2.8.

Leaks also mentioned that OnePlus 15 will be present in three color choices: Black, Purple, and Titanium.

Although some of this information sounds accurate, the source is not from the OnePlus mainstay leak, so some details still need to be questioned. If this leak is true, OnePlus 15 seems to be a combination of extreme performance and high durability, but with the camera sector that is slightly below flagship fan expectations.
