As A Result Of The Significant Price Increase, IDX Suspension Of Petrosea, BuvA, And Timah Shares

PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) has imposed a temporary suspension of trade or suspension of shares belonging to a number of issuers, namely PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA), and PT Timah Tbk (TINS) on Monday, October 6.

Based on trade data from RTI Business, it shows that in the past week it rose 4.38 percent and in the past month, Petrosea shares increased by 93.77 percent, from Rp3,690 to Rp7,150 per share.

Meanwhile, BOVA shares also recorded a fairly sharp strengthening, namely 41.51 percent in the past week, and jumped 110.67 percent over the past month, from its share price up from Rp356 to Rp750 per share.

Meanwhile, PT Timah's shares also experienced a significant price increase, up 46.75 percent in the past week and 119.42 percent in the past month, where the share price of TINS rose from Rp1,030 to Rp2,260 per share.

The Head of the IDX Transaction Supervision Division, Yulianto Aji Sadono, said that the temporary suspension of the three shares was carried out on regular and cash markets with the aim of providing sufficient time for market participants to consider carefully based on the information contained in each decision making of their investment in stocks.

"The interested parties are expected to always pay attention to the disclosure of information conveyed by the Company," he wrote, quoted Monday, October 6.
