Komdigi Introduces 3Go Strategy For MSMEs To Advance In Class In The Digital Age
JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs, Nezar Patria, introduced the 3Go strategy as a practical guide for MSMEs to advance to class in the digital era, and remain competitive.
This strategy consists of Go Modern, Go Digital, and Go Online which are designed to help MSMEs be more professional, take advantage of technology, and expand the market through digital platforms.
"65 million MSMEs contributed 60 percent of Indonesia's total GDP. So what you do is very meaningful and very important for Indonesia's economic resilience," said Nezar, quoted Monday, October 6.
First, Go Modern, Nezar explained that the modernization of MSME business activities through branding, more professional business management, and product quality standards.
Next Go Digital, namely the use of digital applications and business process automation. MSMEs are encouraged to use e-commerce platforms, financial applications, and technology integration to make operations more efficient.
While the third, Go Online, namely the use of social media, marketplaces, and websites to expand the market.

"Many MSMEs are only active on social media, even though complete product information can also be listed on the website to make consumers more trusted," explained Nezar.
Nezar emphasized that the main key to social selling is not only creativity in promotion, but also building consumer confidence.
In addition to the 3Go strategy, Komdigi has also prepared concrete programs for MSMEs, such as the Digital Entrepreneurship Academy and also the Level Up MSMEs. Nezar is optimistic that Indonesian MSMEs will be more prepared to face the digital era.
