Chinese Citizen Dies After Falling From The 35th Floor Of The Pademangan Area Apartment

JAKARTA - A woman with the initials H (30), a Chinese citizen (WN) was found dead in an apartment in the Pademangan area, North Jakarta. The victim allegedly fell from the 35th floor of the apartment.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pademangan Police, AKP Muhaiyin Ikhsan, confirmed the incident. According to him, the incident occurred on Sunday, October 5, 2025.

"(The cause) We are still investigating. We are still investigating the motive for the victim to fall," said AKP Ikhsan when confirmed, Monday, October 6, 2025.

Currently, the Pademangan Police are still coordinating with the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia to trace the victim's personal data.

When found, H's body was found lying on the ground floor of the apartment with a body condition full of wounds after a free jump.

"The CCTV footage in the apartment is still being examined. We are also examining the witnesses there," he said.

Meanwhile, there are 3 witnesses who are still being examined.

"We ask for all CCTV in the apartment. Victims of foreign nationals," he said.

Currently, the cause and motive for the death of victim H is still being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pademangan Police.
