KF-21 Boramae Fighter Jets Result Of RI-South Korea Cooperation Tested By Indonesian Air Force In Sacheon

JAKARTA - Air Force (AU) fighter pilots are again carrying out flight tests as front seats (front seats) in the prototype 4.5 KF-21 Boramae fighter aircraft, in Sacheon, South Korea (South Korea), Tuesday 30 September.

Head of the Indonesian Air Force Information Service, First Marshal of the Indonesian Armed Forces I Nyoman Suadnyana, said the Indonesian Air Force pilot was named Colonel Pnb Mohammad Sugiyanto with the call sign "Mammoth".

This is the second time Sugiyanto has flown KF-21 Boramae after manning the plane as a pilot on the bench on May 16, 2023.

He continued on the one-hour mission, Mammoth, who was accompanied by the Korean test pilot Aerospace Industries (KAI) Koh Hwi Seok, carried out performance testing as well as aspects of stability and control at an altitude of 10,000 to 20,000 feet.

The plane proved to be functioning properly after undergoing an hour's flight test.

With this flight test activity, I Nyoman hopes that the transfer of combat technology between Indonesia and South Korea can continue to exist in order to strengthen defense forces.
