Palo Alto Networks Launches Security Solutions To Face Quantum Computing Era

JAKARTA - The Palo Alto Networks launched two new security solutions, designed to help organizations navigate the growing quantum landscape and also offset dynamic cloud and AI environments.

With this innovation, companies can have the visibility as well as build the strong defense needed, to accelerate quantum readiness and secure their workload in multi-cloud systems.

"The quantum threat to encryption is no longer a discourse, but a real threat that demands serious action from now on," said Anand Oswal, SVP and GM Network Security, Palo Alto Networks.

With this solution, Next-Generation Firewall and Secure Access Service Edge users will gain comprehensive visibility and control over cryptographic risk posture through Quantum Readiness Dashboard.

Palo Alto Networks also introduced a cipher translation technology, which allows any application to be immediately upgraded to the first quantum safe breakthrough in the cybersecurity industry.

In addition, the Palo Alto Networks launched 14 fifth-generation Next-Generation Firewall variants with Quantum-Optimized Hardware, providing assurances that the company's security investment will remain useful in the long term with the support of post-quantum cryptography (PQC) technology.

"With the latest innovations covering the entire cycle of quantum preparation, we are the pioneer of defense for this new era," added Oswal.

Not only focusing on quantum, Palo Alto Networks also introduces a new cloud security platform capable of automatically detecting, implementing, and adjusting protection in multi-cloud and AI environments.

This platform is equipped with a native loading that can automatically adjust its capacity as needed, software and cloud-based firewalls, to Prisma AIRS, so that the company can keep operations efficient without the need for additional devices.

This network security platform is the first in the industry to automatically expand, implement and adjust security for dynamic multi-cloud environments and AIs.
