Apart From Having Sex For Years, This Blasphemy Religious Figure In Bekasi Asks His Children To Lift Hot Photos

BEKASI - A religious figure in Babelan District, Bekasi Regency, West Java, with the initials MR (52), faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison for alleged sexual violence against his adopted child and nephew.

"MR commits acts of sexual violence against minors within the household, to adopted children and their own nephews," said Bekasi Metro Police Chief Kombes Mustofa in Cikarang, Antara, Monday, September 29.

Investigators ensnared MR with Article 81 of the Child Protection Act in conjunction with Article 76D concerning sexual intercourse with children, with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.

The results of the post-mortem showed sexual violence against victims with the initials Z and S. The investigation also revealed that the perpetrators had repeatedly intercourse with the two.

Victim Z experienced violence from the age of 14 in 2017 until the last 27 June 2025 when he was 22 years old. Meanwhile, victim S experienced a similar act from the age of 15 years in 2013 to 2023 when he was 25 years old.

The perpetrator's mode of sending school fees in return after the victims sent photos or inappropriate videos. The victim was also forced to have sexual relations under threat.

"From the results of the post-mortem, chat, cellphone, as well as video and photo evidence, this act can be proven. The victim was forced to obey the perpetrator's wishes because he was threatened with not being sent fees for schools," said Mustofa.

He explained that MR's arrest had been carried out since a week ago or before this case went viral on social media.

“Perlu saya luruskan, tersangka ini sudah kami amankan sebelum ramai di publik, sebelum muncul di podcast dr. Richard. Kenapa kemarin-kemarin belum dirilis? Karena kami menguatkan keterangan saksi dan barang bukti terlebih dahulu,” ujarnya.

"I need to clarify, we have secured this suspect before it was crowded in the public, before appearing on the dr. Richard podcast. Why hasn't it been released yesterday? Because we strengthened the testimony of witnesses and evidence first," he said.
