For this reason, Holywings Peduli in collaboration with Kelapa Gading's Livehouse held a Healthy Gymnastics event, namely the AW Gymnastics and Line Dance which can be followed by various age groups. This event succeeded in attracting the enthusiasm of local residents on Friday, September 26, 2025.

Enlivened by hundreds of participants, this event was hosted by experienced instructors, the AW Gymnastics session became a enthusiastic opening. A simple but energetic movement allows participants from young to adult age to easily follow suit.

No less interesting, the series continued with Line Dance which presents cheerful music and compact movements. The participants seemed enthusiastic about the rhythm, making the atmosphere of Kelapa Gading's Livehouse even more lively.

Andrew Susanto, President Commissioner of Holywings Group and Chair of the Holywings Peduli CSR Program, hopes that this activity can create a healthy environment starting with exercise.

"This healthy Gymnastics activity is Holywings Peduli's commitment to support healthy living for the community. Hopefully this CSR activity can inspire and bring great benefits," he said in a written statement.

AW's Gymnastics is a gymnastics movement created by Andrie Wongso (motivator), gymnastics movements for prevention and healing pain around knee joints, osteoporosis prevention and bone calcification, as well as maintaining excellent physical health.

These six are designed to be easy to follow. The important thing is not how strong the movement is, but consistency. If it is routinely done, the results will be felt, both physically and mentally. " he explained.

Light exercise such as gymnastics or walking not only improves physical fitness, but also maintains memory, facilitates blood circulation, and improves sleep quality.

Apart from sports, this event is also a gathering place and healthy entertainment. Many participants claim to be happy because they can exercise while socializing.

One of the participants, Rina (45), admitted that she was happy to be participating in this event.

"The movement is easy, but it makes the body feel fresh. Moreover, apart from gymnastics, there are also entertainment games and others, so besides being healthy, it's also getting happier," he said with enthusiasm. I'm usually lazy to exercise, but if you're busy like this, it's a spirit. The music makes you more fun and doesn't feel tired, "said David (52).

In addition to healthy gymnastics and Line Dance, this activity also presents a 'People's Party'. The participants were invited to participate in the game such as throwing the ring into the cone offering attractive prizes in the form of healthy drinks and electronic devices.
