Prevent Drug Circulation, BNN Involves The Community In The Three Pillar-Based Program
JAKARTA - The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of the Republic of Indonesia seeks to involve the community in a three-pillar-based program to prevent illicit trafficking and drug abuse in the country.
"The three-pillar based program cannot be separated from the community having to participate in preventing these drugs," said Head of the Indonesian National Narcotics Agency, Police Commissioner General Suyudi Ario Seto in destroying evidence in Medan, quoted by Antara, Saturday, September 27.
According to Suyudi, the three pillars are conducting education, literacy and "electronic learning" that has been carried out in the world of education, work, and the general public regarding the dangers and prevention of drugs.
His party has collaborated with local governments to hold three pillars of the drug eradication.
"Hopefully with the program, information about the dangers, impacts, and effects of narcotics can be understood, especially in the family," he said.
He said that the involvement of the community and the empowerment of the three pillars is expected to have an impact on families, which is a very important foundation in suppressing drug trafficking, considering that currently the pattern of narcotics has a different chemical form, not only known methamphetamine.

"In addition, it is necessary for the community to actively participate in providing information in the environment to BNN and other law enforcers so that they can take action against drug trafficking," he said.
In addition, BNN also continues to increase the empowerment of the Drug Clean Village community (Bersinar) to provide socialization so that the level of public awareness of the dangers of drugs is getting better.
