Undergoing Mediation, Tasya Farasya Remains Confident In Divorce Ahmad Assegaf

JAKARTA - The pair Ahmad Assegaf and Tasya Farasya have finished their first mediation trial. Based on Tasya's attorney, Sangun Ragahdo, after mediation, it was found that some agreement was obtained.

"The result of the mediation is that in writing, he said it was partially agreed," said Sangun Ragahdo at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, September 24.

However, for sure, Sangun Ragahdo said that his client insisted on continuing to divorce from her husband, Ahmad Assegaf.

"But if we talk about the subject matter of the case, this is still a deadlock. Deadlock in the sense that the results of this mediation cannot be reconciled. So that the next trial will be held on October 8, yes," said Sangun Ragahdo.

For reasons of divorce, Ragahdo explained that this was related to Tasya's trust problem which had been destroyed by Ahmad Assegaf.

"So the reason for this divorce is limitative, as we all know together. So what we use is a problem of constant dispute so that it cannot be expected to reconcile," said Sangun Ragahdo.

One of the reasons is the alleged embezzlement of money by Ahmad Assegaf against the company's money belonging to Tasya Farasya.

"The heavy point is the suspicion, but we have the data as well. We have learned all the allegations of embezzlement in the company for a nominal amount, yes, quite fantastic," concluded Sangun Ragahdo.

For information, Tasya Farasya has filed for divorce against Ahmad Assegaf since last September 12. In their marriage, they have been blessed with two children.
