Renault Kwid 10 Years Old Edition, Only 500 Units!
JAKARTA Renault celebrated a decade of its flagship entry-level hatchback, Kwid, by launching India's 10th Anniversary Edition. This special model comes with enhanced safety features, fresher design, and very limited production numbers of only 500 units.
Renault India's Managing Director, Venkatram Mamillapalle, called Kwid an important pillar that formed Renault's journey in the Indian market.
Kwid has redefined the entry-level segment with innovation, affordability, and a localization rate of more than 95 percent. This 10th Anniversary edition is an important milestone, celebrating a decade of customer confidence and our commitment to delivering high-value mobility solutions," he said, quoted from Rushlane, Tuesday, September 23.
Design More Dare
This limited edition is based on the Techno variant and comes in a new two-tone option: Fiery Red with a Black Roof and Shadow Gray with a Black Roof. Other exclusive touches include Embezzled Flex Wheels, 10-year anniversary stickers at doors and C pillars, as well as yellow accents on the lattice.
Entering the cabin, special nuances are increasingly felt through yellow-sen seat coatings, impurity-coated steering with mustard stitches, and a surround-themed infotainment system.

Safety Features Upgrade
Renault also renewed the entire Kwid line with a three-point seat belt for all seats. Specifically for the Climber variant, now equipped with six airbags, making it one of the safest cars in its class.
In addition, Renault simplified the ranks of the Kwid variant by the name of a new trim that is more modern and in line with consumer needs.
Fixed Andal Performance
The heart remains relying on a 1.0L SCe gasoline engine, available with manual transmission and Easy-R AMT. With a 184 mm ground clearance and a tough suspension, Kwid maintains an agile micro SUV character in urban areas as well as ready to explore out-of-town roads.
