SpaceX Launches 24 Starlink Satellites To Increase The Number Of Constellations
JAKARTA SpaceX has launched 24 Starlink internet satellites into space again. The Falcon 9 rocket managed to take off from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
This mission was carried out to increase the number of Starlink constellations, the largest constellation in the world. The launch took place on Friday, September 19, 9.31 WIB in the morning local time. The weather was foggy fortunately not blocking the rocket launch.
The first phase of Falcon 9 returns to Earth about 8.5 minutes after takeoff. This stage landed smoothly aboard a SpaceX drone called Of Course I Still Love You in the Pacific Ocean. This landing is the 10th for this B1088 driver.
After that, the upper stage of Falcon 9 continues its journey. This stage takes 24 Starlink satellites to low Earth orbit. Satellite placement was successfully carried out about 62 minutes after takeoff.
