Launching from Reuters, US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping will meet in South Korea to discuss the fate of TikTok in the US and other important topics. This meeting will be held at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC).
The event will start on October 31 in Gyeongju. The two will meet on the sidelines of the forum to resolve various important issues. It is not yet known whether the two will meet at the end of October or early November.

Unlike Trump, who seems confident that he can control TikTok in the US, the Chinese government does not mention any agreement that has been reached. They only discussed their commitment to respecting TikTok or ByteDance's decisions.
"China's position regarding the TikTok issue is clear: The Chinese government respects the wishes of the company concerned," the government said in a statement.
Both the US and China agreed to cooperate in the economic and trade fields. They will support their respective teams to reach the right TikTok agreement.
