Peaceful, Wika Salim Withdraws Report Of Alleged Embezzlement Of Money Against Former Manager

JAKARTA - Dangdut singer Wika Salim finally chose to be at peace with his former manager, Irma Hidayat after previously being reported for alleged embezzlement of money.

This was conveyed by Wika Salim's attorney, Sandy Arifin, that peace occurred after mediation between his client and Irma. For this reason, Wika also agreed to withdraw his report on his former manager.

"So earlier all the requirements may be with Mas Kris, who has been signed as a representative of his attorney Wika and has also been signed by our client Neng Wika to withdraw and at peace," said Sandy Arifin at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday, September 18.

When asked for the reason for finally withdrawing the report, Wika admitted that Irma had good faith in this case. Moreover, Wika was given advice by her family to let go of the losses she suffered for this incident.

"Yes, the point is that from there there there is good faith and I have also talked a lot with my family and indeed family too, 'Yes, that's it'," said Wika Salim.

"Try it, we've made it happen because the former manager has also tried to solve it," continued Wika Salim.

It is undeniable, for the singer of the song Ngopi Maszeh, the case he reported was quite time and energy so he did not focus on work. This also made Wika choose to make peace with Irma.

"So, if you say the loss is big or not, the point is that it has been completed because I also want to walk again in the future to focus, in the future so that there are no disturbing things, because yes, if we are here constantly, that's also a waste of time," explained Wika Salim.

Previously, dangdut singer Wika Salim had reported his former manager on suspicion of money fraud. This was conveyed by Wika's attorney, Sandy Arifin.

"Yes, today we have officially made a police report because we have communicated with Neng Wika for almost two weeks and consulted with the investigators, which in the end, after we also communicated with the reported party, there was no common ground to resolve this problem," said Sandy Arifin at Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, January 21.

"So from the Wika family itself and also we as attorneys decided to make an official report today against the reported party," he continued.

Sandy said Wika reported his former manager with multiple articles, namely fraud, embezzlement and money laundering offenses.

"The reason is that there is fraud, there is embezzlement and there is also a money laundering article," added Sandy.
